Problem renewing

I just put a 25 voucher and it says I have 33 dollars but it won't renew my 25 dollar plan.

Click on the reactivate button which will take you to the payment screen. It might renew the plan. Test that by seeing if your balance reduces and maybe test the services.

Failing that then click on Plan & Add-ons and then Lost/stolen then Suspend. Wait a minute or two and then click on Resume then restart the phone and again check your balance and services.

@Ravencardinal   do you see a button "Reactivate current Plan", if so, click on it , then logoff My Account and reboot the phone to see if it works

If still fails, try the Lost/Stolen trick:

1. Go to “Plan and Add-Ons” TAB
2. Select "Lost/Stolen Phone" TAB
3. Select "Suspend Service" BUTTON
4. logoff My Account and wait 5 minutes
5. Then log back in My Account
6. Then, Select Resume/Reactivate Service
7. Reboot your phone.
