I tried paying for my service but you guys didn't charge the full amount and now my service has been disconnected. I tried paying using *611 but it says I have 0 owing but the app says still owing is the 911 fee. Please fix this. This isn't the first time it's happened and it keeps happening. I have no idea how to pay this to turn my service back on.

for account related issue, you need to contact Customer Support. Click on the orange chat bubble on lower right side of the page to start the process.
