It’s saying i used 64 gb but the data usage says i barely used 1 gb a day for 18 days so it wouldn’t be possible for me to use 64 gb. i need to be reimbursed this is a ridiculous way to make me spend more money. you guys are draining my data on purpose so i have to purchase add ons. i have never used more than 20 gb with the amount that i use my phone so this is 100% an error and the proof is on the usage data

Can you take a screen shot showing that 64 gbs have been used? Try using private /incognito browser as well and check results.

@michaeljames6_ Where are you seeing your data usage numbers showing 64 used? If you are using the web version, try using the PM app. As the numbers are more accurate. Side note, if your data still works, it’s just a system glitch and there’s no need to buy more at all. Check your latest usage in the app and if you still think you need to contact PM, You can open a ticket using the orange chat bubble on the bottom right. Hope this helps
