Hello,
I activated a prepaid account for my aunt with phone number. I can't recall which email i used but when i try to login via phone number, it says invalid phone number. Could you please help me cancel this line? I've been trying for the last month and am hoping it doesnt PAC me another month.

we are just community members here, so, it is best for you to remove the phone number for your protection. Click the Down arrow on the top right of your post right above the timestamp and click Edit Message to update your post
for cancelling, since you don't know the login, ask PM support agent to help, and ask them to remove the credit card from the account. You can submit ticket by direct message:
