PM cuts in on every phone call and asks for a password...

A friend signed up a while back on just the basic plan because, like me, they don't use the phone a lot.  However, every time they do PM interupts the call asking for a password.  My friend is elderly and this is causing hm problems.  Is there a way to stop this?

I understand he's an elder...can you possibly swap PM sims with him to see if that same thing happens on your phone. Might be a useful diagnostic to see if the phone is the prob or the sim.

Often on incoming calls the option to answer or reject does not appear

In the middle of the call maybe a minute it it erupts and says please enter in your password .and after 30 seconds or so it hangs up and the call is now on hold.  He then has to take it off hold to return to the call.

this is weird.  What was the exact error recording?

and try to make call with a 1 before the 10 digits number
