How do we get in touch with a PM employee to inquire about loyalty credits to our account? I also referred another person to PM and I thought we were supposed to get that $5. off offer but didn't. Just have a few questions for them. Thank you

@snorkellady in such case, have your friend to open a songel ticket with PM support for both of you, they will add it back for you
Two ways to open ticket
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
