Log In Self-Serve your Account information,
both site you use same email and password.

Log into your self serve account and click on plan details on your overview page. To avoid error messages and weird stuff from happening is best if ahead of time you do the following:

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #

Are you looking for details about the plan you're on? If so, selfserve.publicmobile.ca will show this once you log in.
If you're looking to view all currently available plans, here's the list: https://www.publicmobile.ca/plans

You may find that Plan Details may not show as it should.
This tends to happen (from time to time), when PM is doing site maintenance.
Try using a different device, or mobile, to access it. May also help to clear cache and cookies, or use incognito mode.
