Updateing payment info with PM is buggy. Give it an hour and try again. Try using browser with Incognito mode and also try with PM app (but you need to give the app the permission to Location)

thanks im going from cell to laptop i can enter new info but when i save it says sorry try later. maybe ill give it a rest and try again in an hour.

@FFlo In addition to what @eddieO mentioned also note if you tried to many time you may need to wait one full hour and try again in some cases 24 hour wait and try again . But if in a hurry also note you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 and resume services right away

@FFlo are you trying through the app? If so, give it a try on the website or vice versa. You can also try going into your phone's settings and clearing cache then try logging back on
