How are Community Points Calculated?

I'm looking for clarity on exactly how "Community" rewards points are calculated and distributed.

Do you receive points for any/all community interactions? Do you receive more points if your response is "bravoed"? If so, how many more?

I've searched for previous posts about this topic and it seems that no one has a clear-cut answer on how points are calculated.

@tarsbo1 unfortunately there is no published info on how it is exactly calculated, I've tried looking before 🙂
PM has a secret formula that is based on you creating posts, responding to posts, giving bravos, receiving bravos, having your posts marked as solutions etc. You can be on here for hours and not earning very many points. You need to be like in the top 1% which is only awarded to a few users to get $15, or top 5% to get like $10. It's definitely more about just helping out and learning along the way
