I have been trying to log onto my account but not able to... I need to update my password and payment details.

@bmaru Try using incognito/private mode or clear cache/cookies or another browser as PM's self serve site lots of caching issues.

It's always best to clear cache and cookies, then open an incognito tab before logging into self-serve.
The site has caching issues and this alleviates that.
Once you're in, you can always tap the refresher icons:
