Hi my credit card expired. I registered my new credit card with a new plan. I think I've paid twice on my account. Can that be counted towards the next month bill? Not sure who to contact.

@Eustace Yup! The money is not lost! It will be found in your available funds on the payments section of the site. It can go towards your next bill or purchasing add-ons! 🙂

hi @Eustace yes. Extra amount will stay in account as credit, Available Funds. PM will used the money there first before charging your CC for remaining amount

It's best to reach out to your credit card company FIRST to make sure there was an actual double charge. Most people confuse a double charge with a regular charge and the pending charge. If it is an actual double charge, you can reach out to a CS Agent to credit your account.
