Hi,
when I try to setup Personal Hotspot on my iphone, it says "To enable personal hotspot on this account, contact Public Mobile". I tried the chat, but, it wouldn't let me get to anything for this topic. Anybody able to assist?

also check
Settings -> Cellular -> Cellular Data Network -> PERSONAL HOTSPOT / APN -> sp.mb.com , and Leave Username and Password blank.

You will need to type in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent on Chat bubble.
But it should work. It is in your phone settings:

hi @graypf PM does not block hotspot. Reboot phone and try again
some people need to Reset Network settings once to make it works
