Got overcharged twice for one month when I shouldn't have. How do I contact someone that can reverse the double charge? @CS_Agent

Not immediate but I ported out 30 days later but got charged on my initial sign up twice. Only one phone

@hTideGnow Agreed! The best option is solved with the carrier. If no resolution, consumers have rights protected by Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) - https://crtc.gc.ca/eng/phone/mobile/clients.htm

HI @jonathanxbai

i don't think OP needs to go that way.   Best to work with PM agent to get issue resolved first and quicker

How to file a complaint with the CCTS/CRTC the right way - https://www.ccts-cprst.ca/lessons-from-the-public-mobile-price-increase/

Is this the first time it happened, @Tom2211 ?

Did you perhaps choose an immediate plan change within the past 30 days?  Or perhaps opened a 2nd public mobile account with the same payment card?

Can you post a screenshot of your payment history tab for us to see this?  Masking personal information, of course ...
