Hi this my link or ticket number i cannot open this already I've been overcharged since January, i try to create a ticket buts its always have an error i hope you solve my problem.

My bill is only $11.20 and they charged me again $13.43 that i dont know

I didn't do anything. That's why i wondered why they charged me.

@Rayjen   any chance you migrated to Public Points the new rewards system? Check My Account's Reward tab.  Does it show the usual Loyalty rewards or showing points?

if you see rewards, any chance some of your referred friends left and hence you bill is more?

how much PM should should charge you  ? and how much PM charged you?

was it one single charge , overcharged, or in different transaction on your credit card?

I have my account since 2020 thats why i wonder when i see the charges it started last January 2023.

Hi @Rayjen did you join in Dec? Some people activated twice and therefore got charged twice
