Hi,
My payment plan is $25 per month. However, I have charged double since June 2021 and I noticed it recently when I was checking my credit card.

When did you activate? In June or have you been a customer before the double charges began? If the double charges have been since activation did you activate online or in store? Did you have an issue activating and have to do it twice? If it suddenly just started charging you twice a month as it appears it has then you are the second person with a similar glitch. Contacting customer support as you have is the right course of action and having the CSA open a ticket with tech team to investigate the cause and rectify it from continuing is the first task followed by a refund to your card on file. Please keep us updated on what you learn as to its cause.
Can you check under your plan details to see if there is anything unusual noted? Recently another customer was being charged every 10 days because the plan details changed to a $40/10 day plan.
