I bought my SIM card on boxing day and it was included in the offer that the 3rd month would be free but I have been charged for the third month. What should I do now?

please login My Account and check the Payment history ( https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history )and see if PM deposit an amount equal to your monthly plan amount the day before your 2nd renewal (3th cycle with PM). If nothing, Please open ticket with PM support:
