Hello,
I just signed up to a public mobile account and after downloading the app and continuing the activation process, I got to the last step before it said “Subscription Not Activated”. It told me to speak to someone at support but all it did was try to get me to create a ticket but clicking the button leads to a blank page. I guess this is my only other avenue to get support. Please let me know what can be done to activate my line. Thanks.
