Hi,
I saw your new plan $29/20GB 5G Can-US-Mex Plan, but I don't see the option of switching to this plan. Will I be able to switch to this plan?

I had the $29 10 GB , can,US, mex.... I looked at all the other plans available and it showed the 20 GB $29 so I switched to that one and it will start on my anniversary date. No problem at all!

But is that the business ethics Public Mobile (Telus) wants to showcase to the public? Allow existing customers who pay less/same to switch to this plan, but deny existing customers looking to save money or change plan to one that better aligns with their needs?
Seems like a shady business practice.
Perhaps it’s a misunderstanding and customers like me looking to switch (save a measly dollar, heck I’ll pay my current rate to keep profit the same) to a different plan that better meets my needs?

@Dave_Li You may have luck stepping down by selecting any available plan lower than the $29 desired (ie: $25) and then selecting the $29 to change on renewal, or if not, you could port out to another provider, and then back in as a “new” customer. Keep in mind that, the port out solution will result in the loss of any referrals, and the step down will result in the loss of any unused data/mins in your current cycle. Hope this helps

I have $30/20GB 4G currently. Downgrade is not available for me apparently.

What plan do you have now. PM makes it difficult to switch to cheaper plans, prolly why is doesn't show up for you.

When a plan is not shown inside your self serve account, this means that it is not available.
