I got overcharged with 50$ 2 days before my plan renewal, and then I got charged again on the renewal date I need a refund!

@DaniloMalagon We saw some posts about duplicated charge in the last couple days. So, it could be the same issue. If you are sure they are no pending charge but real charge, please open ticket with support as suggested

Also, check your payment tab in your self-serve account to see if it is displaying two payments to your service.
You may see one resting in your available funds - is so, better to leave it there for NEXT renewal as refunds can take longer than a full cycle to be completed.

@DaniloMalagon First check credit card is one charge pending and the other is posted .. if one pending it should drop off
but reach out to support if not
