International calls

Hello I payed the $15 for 300 international minutes and still cannot make a long distance call toe Europe.

There is no support line. Public mobile is untrustworthy

@brianboruu   just to add, if you are calling UK, you need to buy a different add-on as well

adn keep in mind, you can only call selected  countries using the proper add-ons.  But if you bought the wrong one, have really used the minute yet, there is a chance support can reverse the transaction.  If that is the case, please message support and discuss with them:

Countries included in international long distance include: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada. Any unused minutes will roll over to your next cycle.

Did you read the fine print as to what all countries can be called? It's a limited set. What country are you trying to call?
