I have put my minutes on my phone but yet my phone still isn't working!

HI @Queenie73   You don't need the minutes update then

Again, first to try to click Reset all Networks and test again

If still does not work, it could be a local network issue instead, you can test in different area again

but also message support to open the ticket

I'm on the 60$ plan

It shows I have 78 dollars in my account and my phone plan is only 60$ and it was put on yesterday at noon,everytime I try to call out it says your call cannot be completed please check the number,then I call *611 it says I have 78$

@Queenie73  Time to open a ticket then if your account active and not working , support may need to reset your account

did you check My Account again using Incognito mode to see if the addon shows there?

since you cannot receive incoming calls as well, it is not just the minutes addon,

try this: click Reset All networks (this will also delete your saved Wifi , but you can add them back easily)

if sitll does not work, you need to open ticket with support by message:

and when you makes calls, was it just not connected or still tell you that you don't have enough minutes?

you added 500 minutes for Canada calling?

please reboot the phone once more and see if it works

also, login to My Account using Incognito mode to see if the addon shows there, check payment history to see if PM took the money for the addon correclty
