I wanted to purchase one (1) gb of data and somehow i was charged for eleven times one gb of data.  How do I get a refund?

11 times? Did you click on purchase 11 times?

This would be pretty easy for a CS_Agent to fix. Just private message an CS_Agent at:

@seegee1 , please send a private message to CS_Agent to ask if they will credit your account for the mistake of being charged for multiple data add-ons! The link will open up a new private message wth CS_Agent in the send to field. Just fill out the message subject field & message body field then send.

You can start a session with the chat bot on the bottom right who will lead you to a live agent in order to work on a refund. They're pretty good, give it a shot!
