You can start a session with the chat bot on the bottom right who will lead you to a live agent in order to work on a refund. They're pretty good, give it a shot!
Might have to do with the recent change to their website, and porting some pages over. Alternatively, you can ask questions on this forum. Seems to be a good quick way to get answers.
