Overcharged and credit not applied

My account was overcharged and the credit and loyalty wasn’t applied to my account. Who monitored the billing on our account? Mod please rectify my concerns. This isn’t good for use your loyal and long standing customers

You need to submit a ticket thru Simon to ask the moderators for help. I would also submit a second message quoting your ticket reference # and include as many relevant details as possible. I submitted one yesterday and had a response within 24 hours. I messaged back more details and they responded in an hour. We all all have to live with the limitations of pm to save money. Hopefully the glitches within the system will improve over time.

A few people did not have there rewards adjusted on there monthly bill today. You would have to contact moderators to investigate and resolve the issue. See pic below on how to open a ticket
