Overcharged Account/Communication

I have tried to submit a ticket to have an agent check on overcharged autopay.  The process requires login to the community account - when I login, it returns an error message.  The frustration must be obvious - this message is being sent from the community account , so the login does work.

Can an agent please contact me to sort out the overcharge problem.

Thank you.

Since you posted your question then you are login to this Community.

I wouldn’t worry about the overcharge fee because it will remain in your account as a credit and will apply to your next month payment.

If you are requesting for a refund from a CS_Agent…don’t bother since it may take up to 30 days to process…just in time for your next month payment.

You may not need customer support if you share the overcharged autopayment details. (No personal or account sensitive info please.) We may be able to explain it or advise customer support contact. Do you see the overcharge amount in your available funds of your self serve account? Is the difference the tax charged on your plan amount when it is charged to your payment card at renewal? Here is info on contacting customer support.

@9440310 , try using incognito mode on the browser when submitting support tickets.  That might better success.
