i'm auto pay using my credit card but i recieve msg. that i need to pay my outstanding balance my card is not maximized and not expire

Login to your account and double check whether AutoPay is enabled. Go to Payment section and check.

If your phone is still working and your next renewal is scheduled for tonight...just ignore the Suspended message.
If you have a valid credit card set to Autopay...everything should be working ok in morning. You account is just going through the renewal process.

Seems autopay failed. Happens. Shouldn't. But it does. Make a payment from any of the options and that should restart the service.
But wait, there's no outstanding balance. Are your services working? Did this message come from 611?
