@mersy8-8 in the new rewards program you have to go into your account and check how many reward points you have and then if you have enough to use you must apply them manually YOURSELF each month before payment is due. It is no longer done automatically for you. If you are on auto pay, that still works but you no longer get reward points for it and your loyalty points are not allocated each month any more. You will get $10 loyalty points once a year on your sign up anniversary date, each year. You do still get friend referral points and you earn a percentage (5%)on each $ you pay in each monthly bill. Those points will be allocated each month. You can only apply points towards your monthly bill in $15 increments (that is, you have to have at least $15 in points to use towards your monthly bill). I hope this info helps.

Probably because you lost your monthly legacy rewards such as autopay and loyalty starting in June. In May, all legacy customers were switched over to the new rewards program, which does not offer monthly discounts unfortunately.
