Over payment

Hi

While i was creating my account, at the payment step i kept getting error message telling me that i need to try again, then i found out that every time i got error message asking me to try again my credit card was getting charged, so i got charged 8 times extra so how i could get refunded.

This is exactly what happened to me, they charged me three times on my credit card (for three months) and then suspended my account after one month, I sent a ton of message and no replies, nothing as of this post, great service Public Mobile. I had to pay again to get my phone reconnected. I missed business calls, and I'm not one bit happy. And yes I checked my statement, they charged me three times.

First transaction ID ending in 2285 for $44.85

Second transaction ID ending in 4073 for $44.85

Last transaction ID ending in 3744 for $44.85

Clearly they over charge people often enough to see multiple posts on here. Wow.

ps The site is completely broken, I had to try 5 web browsers just to get a support ticket submitted, refresh, refresh, error, too many redirects and fail, sent in circles. A million scripts running, sending data to facebook, google etc etc. Maybe layoff a bit on the cartoon GUI and fix your site, you could do so much better PM. 🤐

that's a bit too many payments  please open ticket with PM support and they will sort it out

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

For, you activation, you need to use the app to complete the activation process.  if you cannot get pass the payment step still, let support knows as well
