Outgoing Text problem

I had some problems with my phone today. today was my renewal it was supposed to go from $29m 20gig to a 90days 60gig plan. For whatever reason it did not renew and I lost all service. This cc was used successfully before and had more than enough room to clear the payment. I tried to make a manual payment but it did not work. so I switched to a bank card that only had funds for the 29-dollar plan per month. I was looking forward to switching to the 90-day plan as I would save another 4 a month. I don't know if a mod could set up the 90-day plan for the next renewal ??

anyway, I got calls data working, but outgoing texts not working. incoming text appear to be working but could have missed a few who know.

 

How to Proceed ?

support can still help to change the plan for you, might even change the plan for this cycke5

please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

For text, can you try download another message app and test?

With regards to adding your credit card...  wait 24 hours, go into your app settings and find the Public Mobile app and clear the data and cache. Then try again.

With regards to text messages not sending out, there's been an ongoing issue with texting. You may wish to reach out to a CS Agent to get them to adjust your account. You may be required to restart your phone.
