Has anyone experienced what I’ve seen?
Everytime I would go to public mobile’s website it’ll prompt me to login in. But then it won’t recognize me info email address and password. ( since it’s auto populated on my phone)
then I would have to go to create account and when I key in my info, I’ll tell me that I’m an active user just to go to the 2 step verification.
Aside from this everytime public mobile asks me to get verified a new tab opens which is redundant.
why not just bring back live customer support personnel to resolve our issues? It’ll be faster for both parties.

lol I guess it’s easier said than done eh
why not do this exercise as a suggestion. Ask the community if they’ve entered the same issue?
i think this issues stems only if one has not logged in for an extended period of time, say a month or two. If you log back in the system and your servers won’t recognize that user again even if I use the same phone from the last time I logged in.
This is why it’ll be easier if you have live customer service support to handle calls and resolve the issues on the spot

hi @FJFC don't create new account. This can be fixed. Just submit ticket with PM agent and they can make sure the first email you used links with the correct account
