Why can't I make out going calls as I have just made a payment with a voucher?

If you have no services:

  1. Add Funds to your Plan Amount (through SELF SERVE or by calling 611 if you have a card registered)...which it sounds like you did.
  2. Method through Self-Serve account: Go to “Plan and Add-Ons” > Lost/Stolen Phone
  3. Select Resume/Reactivate Service
  4. Reboot

All okay now?

 @Nellena : This isn't a pay as you go place. Adding money doesn't do anything unless suspended with nothing working.

Once added then you could buy add-ons, or change plans immediately or ask the moderators to renew early. Or leave it for your renewal.

If you're on the $15 plan then perhaps you're out of minutes.

If you're on the new provincial $15 plan then I've been reading a few reports of people not having unlimited incoming. That would need to be fixed by the moderators.

So you can use that money you deposited and buy the $5 calling add-on until you renew or things get fixed.

Check your account status.  If you have limited minutes do they appear under data and add-ons.

Try rebooting your phone.
