I cannot access my other account at all.
I need help please ASAP as my daughter now has no service as my credit card expired.

Losts of errors updating bill information. Once you gain access to the account, credit card might be problematic to get system to accept new changes right away. You might have to try a few times before successful. However, it could also work the first time you try.
You can buy credit voucher and call 1855 4public from another phone to load. If you know your phones pin then can also load using *611 to resume services.

get to Shell gas or Walmart and buy payment vouchers then dial 611 to add'em to her account. Deal with updating credit card at your leisure.

if you think you now the account password and login, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to try login
if you still cannot login , you can try to use *611 and use the 4 digits account code to make a payment to resume service
or a quick way is to buy voucher from Shoppers drug mart and then load the voucher using *611
and to sort out account login, check with cs agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
