When you contact customer support they will open a ticket with the CPO Phone department. Make sure you submit the order #, email used for the order and your shipping address. Did you try checking the tracking # to find out what happened? Did the shipper (usually UPS) return to sender? The more info you can share with customer support the quicker the resolution. Contact customer support as previously supplied above.

Contact the customer support agents and request a refund.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
