We ordered a SIM card by mail for my cousin who is a new client for Public Mobile on last Wednesday (Dec 13). We are in Montreal. It said, it would be shipped in 2 business days. Today is 5th business days and still nothing. Since his line is not activated yet (because of no SIM card), we cannot go and track the shipment of his SIM either. Is this normal that it takes that long? More importantly how can we track the shipment or actually how can we officially inquire this with Public Mobile? We really needed this days ago, this takes way too long. He is a new arrival and need a lien urgently so he is about to give up on PM and just go and buy another one and since he doesn't know the difference between PM and others, it is hard to convince him lol.

No we checked that already. It said, we don't have this option.

if your cuz has a phone on the esim whitelist, he can start a PM account activation and order esim...for free. What make / model is the cellphone ?

Another point is I am surprised that the wording was so misleading then. The reason I am surprised, usually PM really stays away from misleading approaches.

We regretted that we didn't with the 'pick up' option. But now we already ordered, it's already on the way and we already paid for it 😞

The wording of the SIM card delivery is poor. It states will be shipping from fulfillment centre within 2 business days. Officially, it can take up to 10 business days for SIM cards to arrive. Unfortunately, there is no tracking number. Shipped via Canada post. If more than 10 business days, then you can contact CSA for update.
If need SIM card urgently, you can purchase one in person at corporate Telus or Koodo stores.
