I ordered a physical SIM card for the Black Friday plan. Will it be affected by the Canada Post strike?

They're not using Canada Post at the moment. Other carriers are being used. While there still could be delays because of increased volumes at other carriers, SIM cards are still being sent out.
Thank you for the Update.
It will be nice if Public Mobile would put that on main page so people continue to order and subscribe.

I believe it will be. Your choices are to wait for the strike to be over and backlogged packages get delivered, or buy a sim from in store (usually $10) or order with amazon (usually $5-$10)
Edit: it does look like PM is using other carriers for the time being:

@Tinamicah Public mobile does have plan B for the strike check
Strike
Canada Post Strike | Help Article | Public Mobile
but if you want it sooner try Telus /koodo store or order Amazon
Find SIM card Find a store near to you | Public Mobile
Amazon
good to have spare sim card anyways in case you lose or damage yours , also good to have to give to family or friend to join PM and use your refferal code to reward the both of you
