last day of cycle was december 23rd, port request was submitted that day befoe the end of the cycle, 2 hours after the port request was made they suspended my service (before the end of the day on the cycle) so mahybe get your facts straight before you comment

i had most my support issued resolved within couple hours
for your port/renew problem, many missed the fact that PM is 30 days cycle. Any if the plan shows from Dec 1 to Dec 31st, the true is the cycle ends at Dec 31st midnight, so, people should port on or before Dec 30th. I think you missed that day

Good luck getting any actual support. I tried to port out my number before my billing cycle so I wouldn't be charged for another month and instead they suspended my service and won't complete the port request
