Last month I used a total of less than 13 GB2 days into this bill cycle and the usage summary says I’ve used almost 10gb yet the usage breakdown shows less than 1 gb. what gives????

Good luck getting any actual support. I tried to port out my number before my billing cycle so I wouldn't be charged for another month and instead they suspended my service and won't complete the port request
