Unable to port - Invalid Number (currently telus)

If I can't port my number how do I get my money back? Apparently this service doesn't work as advertised

but did you receive the Porting Authorization text from Telus? did you reply Yes?

Or Public Mobile can refund my money, I shouldn't have to do their job for them because their system appears to be pretty poor. I can't believe the number of issues opened in just a few hours

@Rreid76 PM uses Telus and your number can for sure able to be ported here

What you can do is to get a temporary number first.  After the line is setup, you can then open ticket with PM CS agent and ask them to help to move the line here. (Again, you number can for sure be ported here, no worries)
