I recently ordered 2 used phones as well as 2 SIM cards through the Public Mobile online 'store'.

My order was returned to sender because they couldn't figure out my address apparently.

Where/who do I contact to get my phones?! Or get a refund for my order if it can't be shipped to me?

I can't find a phone number anywhere to contact someone about this, and when I reply to my order confirmation e-mail it doesn't seem to go anywhere

Phones returned for non delivery are automatically refunded to the payment card. But you will want to contact customer support for confirmation.

@DerocheS   You will have to open ticket with PM Support on CPO phones issues.  Usually you can open via Chatbot but Chatbot has been having problem with CPO related ticket, so, please message PM Support directly with your order number:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

You can open a ticket through the chatbot. Their shipping is a long process, so if you still want the phones I would see if you could resolve your address issue and get those shipped back out and maybe ask for a refund on the sim cards and get those yourself at cheaper prices and much quicker. You have a few options for that, of course if you are over the phones you could request a refund for those as well.
