I've entered the email where i submitted to be eligible for the 5GB offer however, i do not see it on the self serve page that it is activated. is there a way to know it is activated?

If you signed up for the promo during it's eligibility period, THEN activated using the same e-mail address, you'll be fine.

You'll very likely see the 5 GB under your add-ons (if you chose a $25+ plan) within a couple weeks and the credit before the 1st renewal.
