Old sim card lost in mail. Need to activate a new one. And need confirmations sent by email not phone number.

Everyone here has made suggestions on where to get a sim card. I'm just sharing links to help you further.

HERE you will find a link to local Telus stores that carry pm sim cards.

HERE you will find a link to Amazon to purchase a sim card for $4.99

HERE you will find a link to Mobileklinik where they carry pm sim cards as well.

Although, when I read your post, you say your sim card was lost in the mail. Then you say you need to activate a new one. So I'm not sure if you have a new one already which is the confusing part. If you do have a new one and having issues with sending the 2FA code, you can click on didn't get the code and try sending it to your email. Alternatively you can send it to your voicemail where you can retrieve it.

Just click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code and you have the option to have the 2FA code sent by email.

If you need a new SIM in a rush. Just go to your local Telus/Koodo store.

Once you have your new SIM. Go to Account tab>Change Your SIM Card to transfer all your account information to the new SIM.

@Raimy  Fastest way would to go to Telus / Koodo store and buy new physical SIM card for public mobile , and if your existing customer no need to activate it it just som swap the number to keep same plan and phone number . If your not able to log into your account to do this you can get support to help sim swap number for you

You can get code sent to email by selecting did not get code under where you enter the code. Order one sim from Amazon you will get it faster or use an esim
