Old rewards - Immediate plan change will PM honour rewards?

Title says it all. If everyone on old legacy rewards does an immediate plan change before May 1st. Will PM honor their old rewards?

Lost days could be made up partly because rewards would be paid earlier than scheduling a plan change.  Beating the change also locks in the loyalty and autopay rewards for one more time.
