Old phone broke/ can't get into email

Hello,  my old phone had an esim and it is no longer working.  I bought a SIM card for another phone but i can't get into my old account because if the eversafe and i can't access my old email either.  I need help getting my number back and on the new device.

You can simply message support and they can update the account with the sim card number you have. Please message them here:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

@KSMBoulter  If you can’t log in submit ticket with support to SIM card swap the number for you to the new physical SIM card you have . Then you will get code sent to that new sim card to log into your account again . And keep same phone number and plan
