Hi,I am wondering where can I download official invoice which indicates tax etc.

The payment history does not include applicable taxes.

Or if you log into your account & click Payments....it has a break down....& a more detailed one if you click View Payment History...

Another option for future reference is if /when you make a manual payment there is an option to download an invoice but it is only available after payment is made and until the payment window is closed.

@siyuzeng Yes, official invoices can be obtained by opening ticket with PM support as advised by @Outdoorsman
Please note that it could be 2 weeks or so before you get it. So, order them couple months at a time if possible, rather than monthly
