Does anyone have issues where they get a text saying they have used 95% of their data but have a 1 gig add on that has not been touched. Data cuts off shortly after but the 1 gig add on still have not been used.
i also add a gig and i again get the 95%used message even though I have only been scrolling a web page and not watching videos or listen to music…

@ashhiscock the text might not be accurate all the time
but at the same time, this new My Account has serious issue with cache, so, what you are reading might be just a cached version of the page and hence the usage might not be up-to-date
Please login with Incognito mode and check My Account again for the most accurate reading
