My issue is I'm trying to make a payment on my Mom's email cause I pay for my phone through her email. And I want to change it to my email but every time I try to sign in it says. "page not found" when I sign in on self serve and I don't wanna go through the hassle of getting a new number also I can't pull my 19 digit sim number out of my phone cause I need a special tool to extract it from my phone my phone is a Alcatel Android it cant be extracted easily.

@Link4375 if you want to load the fund first, you can get a voucher from SDM/711/Shell/London Drug and then load the fund using *611 on the phone (I suggest those stores as vouchers from there can be used immediately, vouchers from other shops might have a 24 hours wait time)
If you want to chance the login email, then PM Support is your friend, you can open ticket with them using one of the 2 methods below:

Just so you know, you can't change your email address yourself from in your account. A PM customer service agent has to do it for you.
So get a ticket and ask them.
To get into your self service account easily, try using a different browser in incognito mode or private mode as said before.
