I don't see you posting anything else other then this so far under this username @mpozzo .

 

So what are you having issues with -

  • Searching the community to try and find answers?
  • have you tried going to the top section where is says 'Get Help' to search some reference articles?
  • all support is either in the Community, here, where you posted your 'question'/comment, or by messaging CSA through a ticketing system: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent

 

Navigating around here may be daunting at first. But give the Community a try with your issue, and you may get help sooner than you think. 😀

PM is an online service and everything is in your control done through your account.

Any assistance that you need is done through chat/private messaging with a CS_Agent so no live staff to talk to...only through private messaging. 

Normally if all steps are done correctly and in specific order. It is a very easy activation but if a step is missed or skipped...this is where you run into problems.

In most cases, the solution is very easy to fix with help from other PM customers like you that ran into the same issue in the past and share their knowledge on the solution.

Once in awhile there might be a glitch in the system or a Telus outage and you will need to contact a CS_Agent to assist.

Bottom line, the main thing is patiences just relax for an Agent to get back to you to help.

The main reason for the lower cell phone service and no live staff to help over the phone. Also relying on members to help other members with issues. PM doesn't have to pay staff to help on reoccurring issues.

 

This is the reason why other carriers charge a higher fee for their service because they have staff to help.

When it comes to communities especially for Canadian mobile providers this is probably the best one. Mind you the redesign in January of this year was a step backwards making it harder to navigate and find specific threads. And it completely ruined the lounge but still when it comes to posting a question and getting a solution its incredibly helpful, responsive and friendly.

 

But thanks for calling all of us volunteering our time here to help others "Crap!" That's pretty awesome!!🍒🇨🇦

Different, yes... Especially if you have never been with PM before but it is that way since it is a no frills tier 3 brand. Using the community threads and reaching out to a CSA can still get all the resolutions you would get with a traditional call centre. Just in a different way and may take a little longer.
