I need help it will not let me transfer my number

@Sasha16 , please try using account number instead.  Don't forget that a number transfer confirmation must be done at the sending end in order for the transfer to proceed.

HI @Sasha16  yes, don't use iMEI, it always have problem.  Please get your account number from your old carrier and provide  PM porting team.   Call them with the account number, I have sent you the number already. Check your Community inbox


Using IMEI doesn't alwayus result in an issue.  There are also some cases when IMEI is actually supposed to be used (coming from a specific carrier).

transfer into PM or out of PM?  If porting in, I will send you a porting team number.  But if porting out, you have to submit ticket with cs agent:
