I have been trying to get help to activate a new account with no response from the agents since Saturday. I have tried opening a new ticket but it dpoes n

you check the Community inbox for their response? they usually reply within 2 hour and a bit and always within the same day
But what error you got? which stage you got stuck? share more info and we can try to help

Is there any chance you haven’t tried opening the account through the app? If you haven’t I would try that first. If not you can contact support here:
