I’m having trouble porting my number. I’ve been trying for over a week now. I also can’t “submit a ticket” to talk to anyone. At this point I don’t know what to do. Anyone have any suggestions?

@Nikky4495 no worries I’ll send you the porting team number private message and they ca. re trigger the port request for you . And don’t forget to leave old provider sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port

what was the exat error?
There is a number to call to talk to live support and you can update them with the account number. They can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
